Allison began dancing with Woodbridge School of Dance at the age of 3 and proceeded to join the competition team 2 years later. Over the years, she has studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, modern, and gymnastics and has received awards for group dances, solos, and duos. Throughout high school, Allison attended Synthesis Dance Project’s Summer Intensive which gave her the amazing opportunity to study under Tracie Stanfield and perform in NYC.
Allison continued her education at Stockton University where she minored in dance and had the opportunity to study under Henry Vankuiken, Andrea Mychaels, Eleanor Goudie-Averill, and Beau Hancock. There she became a member of the Stockton Dance Company and choreographed and performed in numerous shows. She was then granted the opportunity to work closely and collaborate with Rain Ross at The Outlet Dance Project at Grounds for Sculpture.
Allison has since graduated from Seton Hall with her master’s degree and has become an Occupational Therapist where she is pursuing a career and plans to incorporate her dance training into rehabilitation programs for both young children and older adults. She is honored to have recently become a member of Souli’on Coterie where she is able to dance with some of the most inspirational people in her life.
